Solution

The solution involved creating a system that collected and analyzed heat map data, representing customer movement within shopping centers, as well as external and behavioral factors. This information was used to segment customers and personalize push notifications, promoting relevant offers and information. The strategy also incorporated machine learning to continually refine segmentation and notification delivery.
